When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges. As many of our collections are released in limited quantities, we are unable to guarantee the availability of other sizes once an item has sold out. We recommend reviewing our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
What if the size I want is sold out?
Due to the limited nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee that sold-out sizes will be restocked. If a size is unavailable, we are unable to reserve or provide a replacement.
